Dubbilex is a D.N.Alien, a cloned being created by Project Cadmus. He is an exceptionally powerful telepath.
History
The Death of Superman
Dubbilex joined Guardian when the latter attempted to reach Superman to help him in his fight against Doomsday. Despite their best efforts they arrived too late and Dubbilex was among the first to declare Superman's and Doomsday's deaths.[1]
Task Force XI
Dubbilex was later apparently kidnapped by Amanda Waller and put on her Task Force XI, a "Suicide Squad" of telepaths made to combat Brainiac.[2]

- Telepathy: Dubbilex can receive and broadcast thoughts.[1]
- Illusion Casting: Dubbilex can project illusions in other people's minds.[1]

- Dubbilex was created by Jack Kirby, first appearing in Superman's Pal, Jimmy Olsen #136. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Dubbilex first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in OMAC (Volume 4) #1 by Keith Giffen and Dan DiDio.
