Uncle Marv, also known as Dudley, was a homeless man who lived in Camp Patco.
History
It's unclear how long Marv was homeless, though he was without a home long enough to suffer a prior winter that caused him and his friends to move into the Philadelphia underground. Marv quickly befriended Mary Bromfield after the two met during her investigation of the disappearances of her parents and several homeless individuals and helped her along her search by telling her about the history of his people. Soon however, the two came across a mysterious man later revealed to be named Babel torturing another resident of the camp. Though Mary attempted to fight off the man, Babel ended up attacking Marv, though he was eventually defeated.[1]
Marv was later kidnapped and brought to the science basement of Fawcett Community College by the same organization Babel worked for in order to be experimented upon by Dr. G, alongside the Vasquezes, Darla Dudley, and the dean of FCC. After Mary defeated Dr. G, the college collapsed in on itself and Dudley had to be rescued by Mary and Darla.[2]

Abilities
- Charisma: Marv joked that the reason why he had so many friends was because of his natural charm, which seems to be the case as he's quick to gain friendships in unlikely places.[1]

- Uncle Marvel was created by Otto Binder and C.C. Beck, first appearing in Wow Comics #18. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Uncle Marvel first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in The New Champion of Shazam! #3 by Josie Campbell and Evan Shaner.
- It is currently unknown if he is related to Darla Dudley.
