The Duke of Deception was a servant to Ares, whose power of illusion made him the War God's most trusted disciple.

History

He teamed up with Circe and other Wonder Woman villains to ambush the Amazon on Aeaea. However, Duke was defeated by Nemesis (Thomas Tresser).
