Dumfrey Tweed, a.k.a. Tweedledum, was a member of the criminal duo known as Tweedledum and Tweedledee.

History

He usually wore a top hat and was the smarter of the two.

During their first crime in Gotham City, Dumfrey stole fine furs from a warehouse, while his cousin, Deever, stole from a jewelry store. When Batman and Robin located their hideout, Dumfrey used one of his inventions to paralyze them while they continued their crime spree. Batman managed to break free from Dumfrey's trap and shortly afterward, Tweedledum and Tweedledee were stopped and captured by the Dynamic Duo.

At the time of the great gang war of Gotham, Tweedledum and Tweedledee were present at the massive criminal gathering in Robinson Park and during the following encounter with the GCPD, Dumfrey was murdered in the shooting.
