Dungeon was a mercenary who worked for the Quorum.
History
His mission was to lead an attack on Guy Gardner and take tissue samples. Dungeon was defeated by Gardner, but his soldiers returned to the Quorum with the DNA samples, which they used to create soldiers with similar abilities.[1]
