The Dwarf was a Nazi enemy of Doll Man during World War II.

History

In 1942 in New York City, a hunchbacked, dwarf, Nazi secret agent known only as "the Dwarf" commanded a cell of fifth-column saboteurs, all six of whom were midgets. They tried to destroy an aircraft factory, but the dynamic Doll Man intervened. During the resulting melee, the Dwarf was accidentally shot dead by one of his own idiot henchmen.
