History
Earth-12 is one of fifty-one divergent realities that branched from the core New Earth reality during the recreation of the Multiverse shortly following the events of Infinite Crisis. This reality is set fifty-years into the future.

- First shown in 52 #52, its first full appearance was in Countdown to Final Crisis #21. The Green Lantern of this reality was also one of the participants in Countdown: Arena.
- It is one of the alternate realities of the post-Infinite Crisis Multiverse.
- Referred to as a "next generation world," it is similar to the reality shown in the animated series Batman Beyond.
Trivia
- There are only seven Green Lanterns, each protecting one of the seven primary galaxies. Hal Jordan's is the Milky Way.[1]
- The current Green Lantern of the Milky Way Galaxy, Hal Jordan, is the grandson of the original Hal Jordan.[2]
