Reality names were reused several times. See also Earth.
History
Earth-16 is one of fifty-one divergent realities that branched from the core New Earth reality during the recreation of the Multiverse shortly following the events of Infinite Crisis.
Notes
- It is one of the alternate realities of the post-Infinite Crisis Multiverse.
- What exactly Earth-16 is is contradictory. So far, there have been three different accounts:
- In early material, such as DC Nation #89, Earth-16 was said to be the home of the Super-Sons (the former Earth-154).
- In Countdown: Arena, Christopher Kent/Superman was said to be a native of this universe (despite early promotional material stating him to be from Earth-15), and he was supposedly the only Kryptonian of that universe, ruling out the Super-Sons-continuity.
- At ComicCon 2010, the new Young Justice (TV Series) was also revealed to take place on Earth-16.
