Edmund Davies, alias Professor Calculus, is a mathematician and enemy of Wonder Woman.[1]
History
Edmund Davies was a professor at Holliday College where he taught Etta Candy until he was forced to leave his post after he was accused of misconduct.[2] Upon his dismissal he became associated with Doctor Psycho and joined his growing outfit of Villains Incorporated. Where he used his Probability Engine to fund the organization by predicting stock markets markets. Calculus later kidnapped Etta Candy when she attempted to question him but she easily broke free and destroyed his Probability Engine. He was then arrested by Candy and Wonder Woman alongside the rest of Villainy, Inc.[3]

- Professor Calculus was created by Joye Hummel and Harry G. Peter, first appearing in Comic Cavalcade #29. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Professor Calculus first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Wonder Woman #787 by Becky Cloonan, Michael Conrad, and Emanuela Lupacchino.
