Eduardo Flamingo is an assassin operating in Gotham City, who stood out from his colleagues due to his cannibalistic tendencies.
History
When a hitman firm repeatedly failed to carry out their contract against police detective James Gordon, Flamingo was hired as a last resort. He proved to be far more effective than his predecessors, but Gordon ultimately got the upper hand and beat Flamingo. While being processed at the Gotham City Police Department, Flamingo managed to slaughter his police escort before being restrained.[1]
