History

Colonel Ehad Rajak overthrew the previous dictator Sumaan Harjavti and took control of Bialya. He then perpetuated the anti-American stance for which Bialya had become well known. The country remained under economic sanction from the U.S., which does not help the political situation. War was almost escalated with America when Rajak detained American journalist Andrew Finch. Then President Lex Luthor asked for Superman's help to rescue Finch while avoiding direct military intervention. However, Finch was revealed to be a C.I.A. assassin working under Luthor's orders to kill Rajak. Superman stopped Finch from eliminating Rajak.
