El Matanzas is a wannabe dictator with a robot army and an old enemy of Metamorpho.
History
Metamorpho went searching for him after he was framed for Simon Stagg's murder, assuming one of his rogues must have pulled the trigger. He stopped Matanzas' robots from attacking the city while Superman and Robin dealt with El Matanzas.[1]
Notes
- El Matanzas was created by Bob Haney and Sal Trapani, first appearing in Metamorpho #9. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, El Matanzas first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Batman/Superman: World's Finest #14 by Mark Waid and Dan Mora.
