History
Just Playing and Bouncing
The Elastic Four were heading back to a party after retrieving some ice cream when the Tiny Tiny Titans' bouncy ball went past them. They hastily used their powers to avoid it, but ended up becoming entangled. They were found by Robin, who sprayed them with Untangle Batspray, freeing them.[1]
