The Elite Basij is a group of Iranian metahumans gathered by the precognitive Sayeh the Seer.

History

They aligned themselves with Black Adam of Kahndaq when he entered the United States of America, seeking to take Superman into custody, and joined the metahumans of many nations in a brawl in Washington, D.C..
