Elizabeth "Betty Boyg" Berg was a friend of Ragman.
History
Betty Boyg once worked for the government and was awarded by John F. Kennedy.[1] At some point she ended up homeless in a rundown Gotham City neighborhood. A kind woman, she was aware of much of the comings and goings in the neighborhood and a good friend of Gerry Regan and his son Rory. When Gerry was murdered and Rory left for dead, she saved Rory's life by taking him to a doctor.[2] After that, she became an ally to Rory in his role as Ragman and even began to work in his shop, Rags 'n Tatters.[1]
