Ellen is the wife of Buddy Baker, aka Animal Man.
History
She is a storyboard artist for Hollywood movies, and has written children's picture books. Before marrying Buddy, Ellen grew up on a farm in Pownal, Vermont. Later, she and her family would move back to that farm. As the wife of a superhero, she is often involved in her husband's adventures, though she ultimately craves a normal life. She has two children, Cliff and Maxine.
