Elliot "Lucky" Taylor was a U.S. Army soldier whose body had to be stitched together after he stepped on a landmine, making him physically resemble Frankenstein's Monster. He became a member of the Creature Commandos combat unit in World War II, known as Patchwork.
Elliot Taylor was created by J.M. DeMatteis and Pat Broderick, first appearing in Weird War Tales #93 (1980).
