Notes
- The collection was withdrawn and pulped after Paul Levitz became concerned about a scene in the Letitia Lerner story. The scene in question involves a young baby (Superman) trapped in a microwave. The story was later reprinted in Bizarro Comics. It also won Kyle Baker two Eisner Awards, in Best Short Story and Best/Writer Artist.
- The story from the 2005 Pixar short "Jack-Jack Attack" was heavily inspired by "Letitia Lerner, Superman's Babysitter".[citation needed]
- "Superman Jr. Is No More!" is reprinted in Superman/Batman: Saga of the Super Sons.
- The entire issue was reprinted in DC Comics Presents: Elseworlds 100-Page Spectacular #1 and Elseworlds: Justice League Vol. 2.
