Elves are supernatural beings that come in a variety of forms.
History
Some Elves live with Santa Claus at the North Pole and act as his helpers. They make toys in his workshop and take care of his reindeer.[4]
In the Arrowverse Multiverse, the demon-elf Claus of the North was cursed to give his belongings to other individuals. He is described by Wells the Grey to be a selfless elf who gives too much of his possessions away to other people, especially to children.[1]
