Emile Dorian was a scientist known for his unethical genetic engineering practices.

History

He developed the T99 serum that transforms living beings into cat-like creatures. He started living in isolation on his own private island where he continued his experiments. He is the one responsible for the creation of many creatures including Tygrus. He almost succeeded in turning Selina Kyle into one of his experimental subjects before he was stopped by Batman and Tygrus.
