History

Early Life

At a young age, Emilia was given firearms by her father, learning since then to be an expert markswoman.

DC Rebirth

Eventually, Harcourt was revealed to be a spy for the terrorist organization known as The People. When Waller was killed by Deadshot, Harcourt took control of the most powerful military might in America, until Waller was resurrected by the Enchantress and killed Harcourt in retaliation.

Infinite Frontier

Harcourt was later revived by Waller using the Lazarus Pit.
