Empress Fausta is the ruler of New Rome, who attempted to enslave Wonder Woman.

History

In 1945 Fausta's hidden little civilization was noticed by some aviators and Professor Homos of Holliday College led an expedition to study the people living on the previously thought to be uninhabited island. Fausta and her people proved to be hostile, and enjoy the deaths of outsiders as a public spectacle, and public executions were ordered for Bobby Strong and Glamora Treat. Wonder Woman put an end to their murderous entertainment.
