Enkafos took great delight in overseeing the torture of slaves in the territories dominated by the Sinestro Corps. Enkafos worked closely with the psychokinetic [[Children of the White Lobe]] and the Sinestro Corps' militant training instructor [[Arkillo]]. During the [[Sinestro Corps War]], at the Battle of Ranx, Enkafos slew rookie Green Lantern [[Chthos-Chthas Chthatis]]. It was at this time that the Guardians of the Universe rewrote the [[Book of Oa]] enabling the members of the Green Lantern Corps to use lethal force against their opponents. Neophyte Corpsmen [[Sodam Yat]] avenged Chthos' death by forging an energy scimitar with his ring, which he used to cut Enkafos in twain, killing him.
