History

Erasmus Jones was a destitute scientist who decided to turn to crime, using a personalized Rocket-Driven Flying Harness, allowing him to move almost as fast as Captain Marvel, Jr. After stealing money, he went into hiding and then robbed a diner for food, forcing him to kidnap a girl and hang her off a radio aerial to force Captain Marvel, Jr. away from him. Junior soon followed him to his hideout (his apartment) and grabbed him by his leg until his jet-packed burned out. He went to prison and learned that there's no quick road to success.
