Eric Forrester was an enemy of the New Teen Titans.
History
Forrester was a cyberpath and technovore. He would consume computers and the data stored on it, and to make a living, he sold on that information. But his power came at a price: The more he consumed, the more his humanity left him. To counter this, he had to absorb the energy of humans. He seduced a number of women and stole their souls.
During a regular test of his powers at S.T.A.R. Labs, he met the New Teen Titans. He was immediately drawn towards Raven, as he figured absorbing her Soul-Self could sustain him for a long time. Raven, who had always hid her emotions for fear of Trigon but had now lost those shackles, hesitantly reciprocated his advances and the two briefly dated.
Jericho had learned the truth and informed Raven. With her Soul-Self, she freed all the trapped souls from inside Forrester, reducing him to a soulless computer in the shape of a dead robotic man.
