Soldat was the leader of General Tuzik's Hypothetical Army.
History
Formerly a German mercenary, Erich Cross was part of an ill-fated mission to China to try and capture General Tuzik. He and his team were captured by Tuzik's forces and altered by the Hypothetical Woman to become superhuman enforcers in Tuzik's Hypothetical Army. In this capacity, they fought the Justice League.
