Erik Razar was a Golden Age Flash villain, and seemingly the only one killed by the hero.
History
Razar was escaping from prison through its power plant. He messed up the electrical controls, causing a tremendous electrical charge to hit his body. In some unknown form, the charge caused a molecular change and gave him the power to transform into animals, a power he used to break out of prison and commit crimes. The Flash chased him, and in their final fight Razar turned himself into a shark. Flash held his gills in order to asphyxiate him, and then the hero continually battered his head, and the villain died.

- This version of Changeling, including all history and corresponding appearances, was erased from existence following the collapse of the original Multiverse in the 1985–86 Crisis on Infinite Earths event and later restored following the rebirth of the infinite Multiverse during the Dark Crisis of 2022-2023. Even though other versions of the character may have appeared, this information does not apply to those versions.
