Etrigan a demon bound to the mortal, Jason Blood and runs Etrigan's Oceans of Potions & Lotions, a sex shop in New new Gotham.
History
One time on Valentine's Day, Etrigan was hired by Harley Quinn to be apart of Harley's valentine's surprise for her girlfriend Poison Ivy. Harley staged a heist for her and Ivy to go on, which was concluded by Etrigan unleashing fireworks that spell “HARLIVY FOREVER” by using a spell, while being on a swan boat in the river nearby.
Later that night Harley visited Etrigan in his sex shop - Oceans of Potions & Lotions. The owner greeted the customer by telling her everything in the store was all half priced, since it was Valentine's Day. Before she said what she was looking for, Etrigan guessed she was looking for a sex spell. He then gives her the spell and also throws in some cleaner to clear the smell. After casting the spell on herself, Etrigan charged her with $49.99.
Much later at 9:08 pm, Bane stopped by the shop, with owner saying it was too late as the shop clothes at 9:00 pm. However, Bane insistited it was an emergency. Etrigan guessed correctly that he wanted to enlarger his own penis. Etrigan accepted the request and gave Bane magic potion, while accepting his credit card.

- This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the television series Harley Quinn and is an adaptation of Etrigan. The original character was created by Jack Kirby and first appeared in The Demon #1.
- Etrigan was voiced by John Stamos in his first appearance. When he returned in the Harley Quinn spinoff series Kite Man: Hell Yeah!, he was voiced by James Adomian.
