Etta Candy was a working woman in Victorian London.

History

She was married to a military man who drank away most of his wages, and one night just didn't come home. Struggling to get by, Etta said goodbye to her dream of becoming a lady's maid and turned to prostitution. She was saved from Jack the Ripper by Diana Trevor, who hired her as a nanny for his two daughters, Vicki and Ettie, the latter being named after her.
