Evan McCulloch, also known as the Mirror Master, was a criminal in Central City, making him an enemy of Citizen Cold.

History

In their last battle, Mirror Master was terminally injured by Cold, forcing him to retreat into the Mirrorverse.

From the Mirrorverse, McCulloch freed Cold's Rogues from Iron Heights in an effort to kill him. This effort was foiled by Cold himself, who was dragged into the Mirrorverse by McCulloch and subsequently killed.

• Vulnerability to Leaving the Mirrorverse: Mirror Master was terminally injured in his last fight with Citizen Cold that sent him into the Mirrorverse. If he leaves, he will be left in the same state he was after the battle.
