Lady Eve was Evelyn Stillwater-Ferguson, the leader of the Kobra Cartel, the owner of the Ultimate O and the Blackbird Funeral Parlor, and a former member of the A.S.A. in Freeland.

History

She was killed by The 100 as part of Tobias Whale's plan to frame Black Lightning, but was later resurrected by her old friend of Lazarus Prime. She became the head of the Ultimate O club, where she develops competition with Lala and the 100, until she was injured during the War for Freeland.
