The Evil is one of the most formidable foes faced by the wizard Shazam during the time when he was known as the Champion of six ancient gods.
History
Evil was defeated by Champion and the modern time Captain Marvel, forming the Rock of Eternity to imprison him.
Powers and Abilities
Powers
- Bio-Fission: He could split himself into three duplicates named Terror, Sin and Wickedness.
- Superhuman Strength: He could lift the Rock of Eternity, although it was the effort of an era.
- Superhuman Durability: he could withstand the blows of the Marvel Family without be seriously damaged.
- Flight: He could reach light-speed.[1]
- Immortality: He could never be destroyed, only imprisoned.
- He had influence over the Seven Deadly Enemies of Man.

- This version of Evil (Earth-S), including all history and corresponding appearances, was erased from existence following the collapse of the original Multiverse in the 1985–86 Crisis on Infinite Earths event and later restored following the rebirth of the infinite Multiverse during the Dark Crisis of 2022-2023. Even though other versions of the character may have appeared, this information does not apply to those versions.
