History
Evil Eye's background is unknown but he was an aide to Mister Mind (Earth-S) while the worm was trying to promote his goals by writing a book called "Mind Kampf" about how he would rule the world. Evil Eye hypnotized Billy Batson when the boy discovered their headquarters, but accidentally broke the spell by snapping his fingers. He tried to hypnotize Captain Marvel as well, but the hero was unaffected and destroyed the operation. Evil Eye's fate was unknown.
