Evil Factory Member Abel Cuvier was able to broker a deal with Eye which enabled him to convert people into Splicers to "protect" them from the Eye's influence, in order to gain manpower for the organisation.

The Evil Factory was founded under the reign of Brother Eye by Tuftan, in order to accelerate the evolution of the people of Earth, and enable criminal activities to go on unaffected by The Eye. As he put it "Mankind is weak. Adapt or DIE."

History

Evil Factory Member Abel Cuvier was able to broker a deal with Eye which enabled him to convert people into Splicers to "protect" them from the Eye's influence, in order to gain manpower for the organisation. Immediately after the apparent death of Batman (Terry McGinnis), Evil Factory member Spellbinder revived his body using the electrical generator from the suit of the deceased supervillain Davis Dusk, aka Rewire. Spellbinder the brainwashed McGinnis into becoming an assassin for the Evil Factory, while making him think he was helping out an old lady called Mrs Shelby.
