History

His planet is perpetually dark, and a safe haven for criminals and thieves. Evillo is a ruthless dictator, and uses energy he siphons from criminals to convert the innocents into servants.

• Magic: has advanced magic and sorcery skills with which he can send people to a Realm of Darkness. He can also grow horns from a bio-energy powered device; the horns give him the power of hypnosis and can emit "dark rays".
