Ezzie is the youngest of Harley Quinn's three brothers, and has some impulse control issues to work out.

History

Harley Quinn's youngest brother Ezzie is, metaphorically, an agent of chaos. He wrestles, he climbs furniture, and he blurts things out. When Harley and Ezzie reunited after some time, he immediately went to wrestle with Harley as his way of saying hello.

At their Christmas party, Ezzie watched decorations and bright lights going up - and decided to help by setting Harley's tree on fire. And it was Ezzie who first blurted out the bad news to Harley - that their mother had cancer.

Combined wth a lack of impulse control, Ezzie had an eye for the wrong ladies, asking out both Catwoman and Poison Ivy.
