Faern was a resident of Kandor.
History
Faern was a resident of the bottle city of Kandor where she was on the council which observes and upholds Tolos' laws. Faern was possessed by Tolos as part of the being's plan to get close enough to Superman to possess him.

- Faern's eyes are normally colored blue but in some close-ups while she's possessed by Tolos they're yellow instead.
