Synopsis for "Fanboy"
Finster goes to high school history class. Bored with the teaching, he reads a Green Lantern comic book. He begins reading Hal Jordan's origin story when the teacher catches him. She tosses the comic out the window and into a garbage bin.
Still bored, Finster imagines a Green Lantern adventure. As his ship falls apart in space, Abin Sur must find a replacement Green Lantern. He sends his ring to Finster. At lunch in the school cafeteria, Finster approaches Kimberly and her boyfriend warns Finster off. Finster imagines dumping the boyfriend's stew on his head and the ring on his finger makes it happen. Finster realizes he is now a Green Lantern and flies to the comic shop where he works. Inside, Mr. Grudge, Finster's boss, is about to eat his lunch. Finster uses his ring to take the food and give it to a homeless family. He then goes to history class to defeat his teacher and Hal Jordan arrives to give him a hand. Together they defeat her.
In reality, Finster is outside the school, looking through the trash bin for the comic book that his history teacher threw out.
