Fastback is a super-powered turtle on Earth-C, and a member of the amazing Zoo Crew. He gained super-speed through exposure to a radioactive meteor. His uncle is the Terrific Whatzit. Fastback was created by Roy Thomas and Scott Shaw, first appearing in New Teen Titans #16. (1982)
