Fat Whutzat is a store owner who kept Lobo's bike.

History

Fat Whutzat told Lobo that he needs to save up on credits to get his bike back. He gave Lobo a set of Space Penguins to capture the Porkan Mudboy for 20,000 credits. Whutzat told Lobo that there isn't enough money left for Lobo, making him put Whutzat by an explosive.
