Fear was an infrequent ally of the Blackhawk Squadron.
History
Conspirators in Zorania framed a man named Ranarr for a political assassination, causing him to be executed. Calling herself "Fear", Ranarr's daughter hunted them down and killed them. Along the way she met Blackhawk, and their paths would cross again, a few more times.

- In her first three appearances,[1] Fear talks directly to the reader, right through the Fourth Wall. When she returns in Blackhawk #17, Blackhawk #19, and Blackhawk #20, Fear remains In-Universe, like any other character.
