A device created by Desaad to instill fear in people.
History
After Brola's failure to capture Orion,Desaad was tasked with creating a new weapon to be used against him. The prototype proved to be effective in stimulating fear in a group of smaller servants,drawing the attention of Darkseid who intends to use the weapon on a larger group of people causing an emotional turmoil that would allows to discover which mind has the Anti-Life Equation.
Capabilities
Through inaudible sound waves the device is able to evoke and/or increase fear and horror in others causing the target's brain to release fear-inducing chemicals,altering their perception of the reality around them.
