Synopsis for The Clock Strikes!: "Killer Casca Unmasks The Clock!"

Prowling one evening thru a bad part of town, Brian O'Brien slips on his mask and follows the sound of gunshots to an abandoned, darkened, old, loft building. Inside a shoot-out is in progress, and the Clock recognizes, and teams up with, undercover detective Tad Carney, in pursuit of "Killer" Casca. Casca bullet-wounds Carney and grapples with the Clock, managing to snatch away his facemask. He recognizes young O'Brien, who vows that Casca will not leave this building alive. Remarks and gunshots are exchanged, and Casca runs upstairs to the roof, pursued by O'Brien, who has counted Casca's shots, and knows he has none left. Casca attempts to leap to an adjoining building, bungles it, and falls to his death. O'Brien calls Captain Kane, and tells him where to find Carney and Casca.
