Felix Harmon was the Talon for the Court of Owls during the 21st Century. Originally, Harmon was a circus performer and serial killer from the 1900s known as the Butcher of Gotham. At the behest of the Court, Harmon eventually killed Bruce Wayne.


Powers

  • Electrum Enhancement: Harmon's system was infused with a chemical compound called Electrum, which has the ability to reanimate dead tissue and heal living tissue over and over again.[1]
    • Longevity: Due to the synthesized electrum in his blood, Harmon does not physically age, having been alive since the 1900s.[2]
    • Accelerated Healing: Harmon can easily regenerate from lethal injuries, due to the synthesized electrum in his blood.[2]
    • Superhuman Durability: Harmon was capable of resisting tremendous kinetic impact forces that could easily kill a normal human.[2]
