Synopsis for "The War Peddler"

After being caught in the blast from the explosion of Bork's missile, Peacemaker began to lose control and fall out of the sky. As Peacemaker was about to fall on a nearby hiker, crushing him, he quickly regained control of his movement and flew away in his jetpack. Next, Smith returned to his retreat in the Swiss Alps and got into his U-X fighter plane and took off for the Andes. As Smith flew into South America, General Lecoyo was informed of an unidentified flying object, which he dismissed as unimportant. Lecoyo phoned the president of the country and informed him that Emil Bork had arrived. Bork instructed Lecoyo to tell the president to host a dinner for all the ambassadors in the city that night. When Bork met up with one of his men, he told him that he would dynamite the American embassy and leave clues that would lead to the nation to south of their country.

Later, Smith attended a gala and once again, encountered Bork. Also at the gala, was the president of the country, who offered to give him ownership of the tin and uranium mines in exchange for fifty modern bombers. Meanwhile, Bork's men set off a bomb at the American Embassy and drove to the border to dynamite the international bridge. When Smith learned of Bork's actions, he rushed outside, where he encountered Bork in an attack helicopter that opened fire on him. However, Smith was unharmed and rushed to his quarters to change into his Peacemaker alter-ego. Next, Peacemaker flew out, going to the border, noticing that Bork's men played both sides of the war. Peacemaker used the ultra-sonic beam to halt the soldiers and then, copied the commanding general's voice to transmit a message, ordering them to halt. Afterwards, Peacemaker set out to halt the troops on the other side. Meanwhile, Bork who was in his jet, noticed that Peacemaker had disrupted his plans. In response, Bork ordered his men to fire short-range atomic missiles. The Peacemaker caught up with three of the missiles and melted away their casings, allowing the atomic materials to be removed harmlessly. However, the fourth missile came into contact with Bork's jet, killing him.
