The Figure was an enemy of Plastic Man.

History

One day in Windy City in the early 1950s, a small-time gang-boss called "Wishbone" got arrested, by Plastic Man, one time too many. His extremely attractive math-genius girlfriend got fed up, and took over his gang. Whatever her real name was, everybody called her "the Figure." She brought a smarter approach to the same stupid crimes as her idiot boyfriend, and ended up arrested by Plastic Man, along with the rest of Wishbone's gang.
