Synopsis for "It's Not Easy Being Green"
Three months prior, inside an old vintage goods store a young man browses the shop owner's wares and discovers a welding kit and mask and feels an irresistible urge to wear it; immediately he loses comprehension, running from the shop and mutilating a woman and her pet. He was the new Dogwelder.
In the present, the members of Section Eight hang around Noonan's Bar and are watching a news report on Hal Jordan. Sixpack declares that he shall be their new member to Hacken but falls into a drunken stupor and blacks out. The other members of the team sit around playing Monopoly.
Upon the roof the next morning, the men all wear Green Lantern t-shirts and recite the Green Lantern Corps Oath. All except Baytor who dresses as a Guardian of the Universe and Guts who is elected to be a renegade Star Sapphire in an elaborate ploy to lure in Hal Jordan. Obviously the plan fails and afterwards Bueno Excellente sneaks into the women's bathroom to peek at Guts getting changed but is attacked by a shadowy figure who speaks in old English.
Sixpack attempts to return the soiled Green Lantern "uniform" t-shirts and gets into an argument with the shop owner whilst Hal Jordan fights a colossal red dinosaur named Tyranno****er Prime in the background. After a shouting match, Sixpack exits and bumps into Hal - who is being interviewed by Bethany Snow amidst the aftermath - who threatens to sue Sixpack upon seeing him and rides away in a taxi.
