Amnesty is a small island located off the coast of Amnesty Bay.
History
It was originally uninhabited until a man named Tristram Maurer built a lighthouse on the island and lived a life of isolation. Upon Maurer's passing the island was once again abandoned and the lighthouse fell into ruins.[1]
Several centuries later, the island was re-inhabited by a group of ten nomadic Sea Gods from long-neglected cultures. With the help of Aquaman and the people of Amnesty Bay, the Sea Gods re-built Maurer's lighthouse and turned Amnesty into a permanent home.[2]
