Batman: Be-Leaguered is an animated short. Unrelated to the previous Lego Batman movies and games, it instead starts its own continuity: Lego DC Heroes.
Synopsis for "Batman: Be-Leaguered (Short)"
Several villains are robbing a museum in Gotham City and Batman shows up to stop them. While he is fighting the villains, Superman shows up and invites Batman to join the Justice League. Batman refuses and Superman mysteriously disappears. Later, Batman and the Flash are fighting Captain Cold, who is attempting to steal an obelisk. However, Flash mysteriously disappears. This happens to Aquaman who is fighting Black Manta and Cyborg and Wonder Woman who are fighting Lex Luthor. Batman goes to the Hall Of Justice where Bat-Mite has put the Justice League in a cage. Bat-Mite tries to kill the Justice League with a death ray but the Justice League escaped by opening the door. Batman decides to join the Justice League and Bat-Mite sends all the villains the heroes were fighting before. The Justice League beat the villains and Bat-Mite becomes a fan of all the Justice League members.
