Synopsis for "Rewired, Part 3 of 8: Mass Exodus"

In Arkham Institute all the prisoners have been released out of their jail cells. Batman (Terry McGinnis) arrives and stops them however he missed six boats that made it to the city. Dick Grayson is contacted by Bruce Wayne who sends him an electrical analysis based on the coroner's report. However Dick ignores him.

In City Hall Commissioner Gordon meets up with the new mayor Gregg Hoffman. She tells him that Mayor Dusks murder is attributed to a bio-electrical discharge from his phone. The new mayor is displeased with no leads and suggests that Barbara is getting too old for being a commissioner.

Terry tracks down the escaped criminals and when he gets to bed he receives a call from his mum. She reminds him that its his younger brother's birthday this weekend and it's been a while since they've seen each other. While they are talking an anonymous figure appears on TV associating the murder of Mayor Dusk and the breakout at Arkham to themself. They tells Batman to meet him at the offshore rig or more people will be killed.
